I'm Jennifer Hernandez, I'm a Baker and Cake Artist. I graduated from Oregon Culinary Institute with a Baking and Pastry certificate in 2008 and Graduated from the Wilton Cake Decorating school in 2012. I started selling cupcakes to family and friends.
In 2012, Jenuine Desserts was born. I offer my desserts at Adam's Rib Smoke House and Cozzie's NY Deli. In 2015, newly married, my husband Omar and I launched a pink cupcake food truck. Serving gourmet cupcakes, macarons and espresso drinks. Busy raising two boys, we took a step back from events.
In April 2024, We relaunched our espresso program and discovered we love making really good coffee and the community it brings. Our mobile espresso bar is a unique coffee cart named Eleanor.

With over 20 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, we mastered the art of catering special events, managing restaurants, and running our mobile dessert and espresso bar. We are excited to share our passion for really good coffee and exceptional service with you. The community this has brought us has been the best. The people make the party.
