Pricing
SPECIAL: $350 For schools and charity events One hour of unlimited espresso catering for parties up to 50 guests. Additional hours of service available at $100/hour.
Level 1: $450 One hour of unlimited espresso catering for parties up to 50 guests. Additional hours of service available at $200/hour.
LEVEL 2: $1,000 Two hours of unlimited espresso catering for up to 100 guests. Additional hours of service available at $200/hour.
LEVEL 3: $1,200 Two hours of unlimited espresso catering for up to 150 guests. Additional hours of service available at $200/hour.
LEVEL 4: $1,500 Two hours of unlimited espresso service for up to 200 guests. Additional hours of service available at $200/hour.
Bridal Cafe: $550 Enjoy a 1 hour service for you and your bridal party on the morning of your wedding. Included are 2 types of pastries, fruit tray, and our espresso cart. For up to 25 people. All supplies and barista included.
Hot Chocolate Bar: $450 Enjoy to 2 hours service time. Up to 100 hot chocolates. (includes various flavor additions, marshmallows and other toppings.
Policies
20% gratuity will be added to your final bill.
Travel fees of $2.50 per mile may be applied if traveling outside Salem/Keizer/ Turner Oregon area.
25% deposit will secure your date and go towards your final bill.
Full payment and guest count is due 10 days prior of your event.
Special requests & Changes- Custom requests or menu changes must be submitted 10 days before your event. After that, all plans are final. As we need time to shop/ prepare the cart for your event.
Event Timing & Set up- We arrive 1hr early to set up.
-If your event runs over and we are available, additional time can be added. Otherwise we will be begin shutting down and cleaning up upon agreed end time. We will always check with you first.
If you cancel your event within 90 days, your deposit will be refunded. 60 days, 1/2 will be refunded, after 60 days refund upon discretion if date can be rebooked.
